Processing Time
- Ready-made orders: 3–5 business days
- Custom orders: 5–7 business days after we receive your sizing kit photo and details
Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Destination We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages Jess Unique Nailz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office or file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
