Refund & Order Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our press-on nails, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom Orders Custom orders are non-refundable. By submitting a custom order, you acknowledge that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages Jess Unique Nailz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office or file a claim with the shipping carrier directly. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jessuniquenailz@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and we will do our best to make it right.
